This policy explains how Noizim handles your information. In short: the app is built to keep your data on your device, and this page lists exactly what — if anything — leaves it.

The following stays on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else:

• Your favorites, folders and saved sound mixes
• Your onboarding answers (goal, texture, preferred sounds)
• Your sleep-timer default, bedtime reminder time and app settings

Some features rely on third-party services. When you use them, each service receives only what it needs to do its job:

• RevenueCat — Process and manage subscriptions and in-app purchases
  Receives: an anonymous app user id, your purchase receipts, and your device model, OS version, and country.

Notifications: reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We don't send push notifications.

We do not:

• sell or rent your personal data
• show you ads
• track you across other companies' apps or websites
• build advertising or behavioral profiles about you

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to a qualified professional about your health.

You can ask us to delete any information associated with you, or ask a question, at fil@fil.technology.

If we change how the app handles data, we'll update this page and its effective date. Earlier versions stay available and dated below.
