This policy explains how Fil Technology handles your information. In short: the app is built to keep your data on your device, and this page lists exactly what — if anything — leaves it.

The following stays on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else:

• Your preferred music service
• Your recent and history entries (the links you resolve)
• App appearance and behavior preferences

Some features rely on third-party services. When you use them, each service receives only what it needs to do its job:

• PlayVia (Fil Technology) — Resolve a music link to the matching song, album, artist, or playlist on other services
  Receives: Music-service URL and PlayVia links.

Notifications: reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We don't send push notifications.

We do not:

• sell or rent your personal data
• show you ads
• track you across other companies' apps or websites
• build advertising or behavioral profiles about you

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

You can ask us to delete any information associated with you, or ask a question, at fil@fil.technology.

If we change how the app handles data, we'll update this page and its effective date. Earlier versions stay available and dated below.
