These terms govern your use of Fil Technology. By using the app, you agree to them.

Your use of Fil Technology is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

BeatLens is a wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Blood oxygen (SpO2) and camera temperature are experimental beta estimates and must not be used for medical decisions. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.

BeatLens Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
