These terms govern your use of Sviatoslav Fil. By using the app, you agree to them.

Your use of Sviatoslav Fil is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Looking at the Sun, even briefly or through binoculars, a telescope or a camera, can permanently damage your eyes. SkyMate never guides you to the Sun and is not a solar-observing tool. Only use certified solar filters and follow their manufacturer's instructions.

Positions, rise and set times, satellite passes, weather and aurora forecasts are calculated or sourced in good faith but can be wrong or change at short notice. Plan accordingly, and take care outdoors at night: watch your footing, respect private property and local rules.

Ask SkyMate answers from facts SkyMate calculates for your place and time, using Apple's on-device language model. Answers are checked against those facts but may still be incomplete or wrong; they are not professional advice.

SkyMate Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase through the App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under your App Store account. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions at least 24 hours before renewal.

Some star, deep-sky and exoplanet data in SkyMate comes from third parties under open licences (for example CC BY-SA 4.0). Those licences, listed in Settings › About › Data & Licences and in the LICENSES files shipped with each data pack, govern that data and take precedence over these terms for it; nothing here restricts the rights they give you. The same data files are publicly available from SkyMate's data server under those licences.
