Refund Policy

Paid AppMate purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payments, tax, invoices, and refund processing for AppMate purchases.
Refund window
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, the refund window is 14 calendar days from completion of the transaction. For eligible annual subscription renewals in the United Kingdom, the refund window is 14 calendar days from the renewal transaction.
How refunds are handled
Refund requests are governed by Paddle's official Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. AppMate does not impose additional product-specific exceptions, qualifiers, or limitations beyond Paddle's official policy and applicable law.
Unless a statutory withdrawal or refund right applies, or Paddle issues a refund under its policy, transactions are non-refundable.
Request a refund
To request a refund, use Paddle's buyer support site at paddle.net. Include the email used for purchase and any Paddle order or transaction details from your receipt.
