Terms of Service
Last updated May 26, 2026
These Terms cover your use of AppMate (“AppMate,” “the platform,” “we”) — the dashboard at flow.appmate.cloud, the hosted public flow surfaces at cancel.appmate.cloud and signup.appmate.cloud, the iOS SDK, the MCP server, and any related APIs. By creating an account or sending traffic through any of these surfaces, you agree to them.
These Terms are intentionally short. If anything is unclear, email hello@appmate.cloud before you rely on it.
Who can use AppMate
You need to be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract. Accounts are invite-only during early access; the email address you sign up with is the one we use for everything (billing, security alerts, deletion confirmations).
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including any API tokens you issue. If a token leaks, revoke it from flow.appmate.cloud/admin/settings/api-tokens.
What you can put through AppMate
AppMate is meant to host respectful retention flows and waitlist landing pages for legitimate apps and products. Don't use it for:
- Anything illegal where you operate or where your users live.
- Spam, phishing, or impersonating another product. The waitlist email collection feature is for real apps with real users — not for harvesting addresses.
- Misleading cancel flows that promise actions the app doesn't actually perform. Apple's App Store guidelines require a clear path to subscription management — your flows must keep that path one tap away.
- Adult content, gambling, weapons, or anything that would get kicked off a standard Postgres host.
We may suspend an account that violates these rules without notice if user safety is at stake; otherwise we'll email you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Your data, your control
You own the content you put into AppMate — flow configs, waitlist signups, analytics. We host it on your behalf and never sell or share it with third parties beyond what's required to run the service (see our Privacy Policy). You can export your waitlist signups as CSV anytime, and you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@appmate.cloud.
What we promise (and don't)
AppMate is offered “as is.” We try hard to keep the dashboard, the public flow surfaces, and the SDK up and stable — but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service, no guarantee of a specific save rate or signup count, and no guarantee of App Store approval (that's between you and Apple). To the extent allowed by law, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you're on the free tier, that's $0.
Pricing, refunds, and changes
Free-tier limits and paid plans are described on /pricing. If we change pricing, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect on your account. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You can close your account anytime by emailing hello@appmate.cloud. We can close your account if you materially break these Terms and don't fix it after we ask. On termination we delete your data within 30 days (some derivative analytics — counts, aggregate rates — may persist longer in anonymized form).
Changes to these Terms
We'll update this page when material things change and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will also be emailed to the address on your account.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AppMate is operated. Where the law allows a choice, disputes are handled in that jurisdiction's courts.
